Few months ago I saw a little clip of a music video on tv, but I couldn't hear the song nor catching the artist and titile. In the video, there was a blonde girl (I guess the singer of the band) who ties a boy in a bedroom and then floods the house.
As far as I could see, it was a black and white videoclip, possibly early 2000s.
Someone can help me recognising it?

I’m trying to find the title of a film, but I can’t even remember the actors who starred in it.
It’s a drama set in Africa. The main character arrives in Africa, where he’s already known (is he a doctor? Anyway, he’s there to help). In the lobby of the hotel where he’s staying, he immediately gets into an argument with the local mafia boss. Then a friend of his arrives in a 4x4 to pick him up and they head towards a village where an African woman cooks him lunch. On their way back into town in the 4x4, they are stopped by the police, who search the car and discover a man hiding inside. There is also a scene of a village festival.
I can’t remember why, but the protagonist is kidnapped by the mafia and taken to a villa in the middle of the forest. He then escapes during the night and the villa is destroyed in a fire. At the end of the film, the protagonist stays in the village.
The film isn’t that old; I think it’s from the 90s. The protagonist is a famous white actor, but I can’t remember who he is.
It’s not ‘Blood Diamonds’, though*.*
