I am a doctor, I specialise in newborn babies.

I want to make an app where I can record the daily weight of admitted babies, and the output shows me weight gain and loss and related parameters.

I know basics programming.

My queries:

Which language to use to code the app, and I am going to take help of ChatGPT codex to code it.
Where can I get a free and small database to store weight at the backend and they can be retrieved by anyone who opens that baby?
Should I even code and app? Or build something on free website, if yes, where.

I will also need personal help while building it,if anyone is up please let me know.
