How do I revive her

I am attempting yet again to grow herbs at home. Chives are doing splendidly, but I am clearly slowly killing my basil and I’m wondering if there’s any way I can bring her back from this point…

Like most store bought basil, she was definitely more than one plant originally, but I did have a skimpy one from the start. I removed the smaller plants before I repotted her, but there were two stems that felt like they were conjoined. I was too scared to separate them at the root so I planted both together.

I have likely overwatered, and I have likely not given it enough sun, either. I have removed the leaves as they have withered away and now all I’m left with is this one leaf that no longer looks so good either.

This morning, the second stem looked really withered. I removed it this, gave it a little water (the soil was too wet previously, so it was the first watering after a few days). I added a little coffee grounds to the soil per my mother’s advice, and I put the grow light shining directly on her.

Now, just a few hours later and she looks even MORE withered than she did this morning! What to I do? Is there any hope for my Maisie Basil??
