Inmotion shipping wrong scooter?
I am wondering if anyone has had any issues with Inmotion shipping the wrong scooters? I have bought the Inmotion S1F scooter. Today the box just came in. I assembled the scooter and upon closer inspection, they have shipped me the base S1 instead. I checked the shipping box and it has both the S1 branding on it, AND the S1F branding on it. Each label claims thats whats in the box.
I know its the base S1 because the app says it is, its missing the dual charging ports, and its missing the running board lights.
Wondering if anyone had run into this issue, and if so, how they resolved it?
I have already emailed them and hope for a good answer soon. I honestly would be happy with a partial refund, but would honestly prefer the right version.
