how the fuck do you leave erp consulting?

started in dynamics 365 consulting a few years ago and now i feel completely boxed in.

i've tried applying to other roles but recruiters seem to only see "dynamics consultant" and instantly put me into the erp bucket forever.

which is frustrating because the actual work is mostly stakeholder management, workshops, requirements gathering, process improvement, project delivery, client communication, etc.

feels like i specialized too early and accidentally locked myself into a niche. anyone here actually manage to get out of dynamics/ sap/erp consulting? what

Anyone experience as code clean up specialist?

So I applied at this company and they have new way of developing structures. On one side you got vibe code engineers, which often used to be business analyst without technical background who are developing new features and products from zero. And then you have so called code clean up specialist who can read LLM Outputs and do the fine-tuning of their features and bugs. They asked me in what role I see myself but I'm not sure about that. Anyone working as code clean up specialist and can tell me about that job?

Ich glaube die Mehrheit sollte hier einen anderen Karriereweg einschlagen, Drogenhandel ist viel weniger risikobehaftet und geht viel schneller
