Weight loss during NSR
Hi all,
Looking to get some advice regarding weight loss whilst doing NSM. At the moment, I am doing 2 easy days, 2 subT days and 1 long run. I made a return to running a few months ago after 6-7 months off. Unfortunately in that time, I went from 70kg to 83kg. I'm down to 79kg currently but struggling a bit with the weight loss side of things and suspect I am in too big of a calorie deficit (2100 calories per day - 31M, 170cm, 79kg).
I would like to know if anyone has tried to be in a calorie deficit/lose weight whilst doing NSR style training? And if so, what worked for you and what would you recommend? Thank you!
