Advice for a new bank advisor?

Currently working as an advisor for J.P. Morgan, only been here for 4 months and I’ve been doing decently well, hitting all of my goals. The issue is I’m trying to vastly exceed those goals.

I feel I’m doing everything right, coaching and working with bankers, working almost 6 days a week, getting there early and leaving late, making calls, introducing myself to almost every and anyone. I still feel kind of dissatisfied, and maybe that’s an issue I need to resolve with myself, but I was curious if others felt the same and what you did to ramp up the business.

I love JP and would like to spend a large part of my career here, so trying to get ahead of this now.

Thanks in advance!

Can someone help me interpret the inspection report for the electrical panel?

I should have asked more questions to the inspector, but at the time he indicated this is plenty of power for the property. It’s a townhome, 2200 square ft, built in 1974, has updated central AC and furnace, only gas appliance is the water heater. I’m looking up online and it says that a home of this size should be 200 amps. Located in CO. If I’m reading this correctly, does it mean the panel is only 100 amps? Would greatly appreciate someone help. It’s my first home.
