Honest Opinion

I’ve paid off about 7k in debt so far this year! my question is, I would only be left with 2 loans and a hospital bill if I pulled out 7k from my 401k, (I would be able to pay off 2 credit cards, freeze the accounts, and snowball on my loans) …. with the tax penalty, is it worth it? because 2 loans & the ER bill feels so much more manageable than 2 loans, 2 credit cards, and an ER bill…

Lifting vs Cutting?

I’ve been lifting for about 2 months now but I've gained 5 pounds…. I’m keeping my calories around 1400, prioritizing protein and fiber but I am SO frustrated bc Cardio just had me at a standstill, I’m also walking 11k steps minimum a day.

At this point should I just stick to walking and counting calories down to 1200 and really losing weight before I start weight lifting again? I know I shouldn’t prioritize the scale but I need to lose weight.

5’1” now 177 lbs and I’m so frustrated with my body.
