Anyone purchased the KW Cell from "Taobaibai Animation Figure Toy Store Store"

I pre ordered the KW Cell from Taobaibai when Cell was still around the $70 range, no longer says pre order but haven't gotten an email from them saying about the manufacturer canceling etc like other stores have so I still have hope but in also checking for the famous "factory problem" message.
