First real attempt at starting a world in a while ended due to overconfidence
Decided I wanted to give Hardcore another shot after having not played the game for a while. I was playing cautiously and focusing more on building and developing the world. While I had been intentionally doing my mining through strip mines, I happened upon a massive cavern and decided to light it up to prevent mob spawning so I could safely explore it. In that process, a Baby Zombie snuck up behind me and made my skill issue extremely apparent.
Had me on 1 heart, and I was more focused on running than looking for a ledge
