How the 8th house impacts your faith in religion/God

I came across an interview with a man who escaped the Holocaust. He lost some of his family members there and talked about how difficult it was to survive those years.

When asked about God, after everything he had witnessed, he said he couldn't bring himself to trust in a higher power anymore.

In astrology, the 8th house represents extreme circumstances, life-threatening situations, catastrophic loss, and events that break a person at their core

8th house is the 12th(loss) from the 9th(god, religion)

-> 9th house rules faith, religion, dharma, and belief in a Creator.

-> 12th from any house signifies the loss of what that house stands for.

So a strong negative 8th house literally signifies the loss of belief in god/religion, It cuts the cord between you and the divine.

Most people, when faced with hardship, turn to higher power. They pray harder. They hope. They look up.

But a deeply afflicted 8th house doesn't allow that. It pushes you past the point where faith can hold you.

That's why you see this pattern in extreme cases - survivors of war, genocide, unimaginable tragedy.

Curious if anyone else has observed this in charts they've studied. Would love to hear examples.

Impact of Saturn on Vijay's CM Tenure

Saturn.. Saturn... Saturn...

That's the energy hanging over Vijay's entire CM tenure.

Unlike everyone else, Vijay took his oath as Chief Minister in a black suit. He attended his first session again wearing a black suit.

His oath-taking chart has Saturn in the 10th house, which is the most important house for governance, authority, and public position. This tells you he's walking into challenges and struggles that will be heavier than he would've expected.

But, I see many people assume he'll go against Sanatana Dharma the way DMK and ADMK have for decades. I highly doubt that.

He may not openly stand up for it given the political climate he's operating in, but he won't actively damage it the way the previous regimes have.

The third year of his governance is where things really get tested. Expect serious strife. Internal struggles. A turbulent period throughout.

But unlike the previous administrations, he'll genuinely try working for the people. That's the difference Saturn brings - slow, heavy, painful, but sincere.

Note: This is a purely unbiased astrological reading based on my observations.
