Best commander deck choices within sets?
Hey all, I want to make some budget decks with the extra cards I have from the last few sets.
If you had to make a commander deck using only cards within each set starting with Final fantasy to Secrets of Strixhaven, what would you choose as the commander and plan (preferably not including the precons from that set), and which cards would you build around?
I want to try not to default to the wubrg commanders if possible and keep it as budget as possible.
My thoughts are:

EoE - [[Tannuk, Memorial Ensign]] (Aggro Landfall) [[Sami, Wildcat Captain]] (Voltron)
SPM - [[Norman Osborn]] (Discard), [[Eddie Brock]] (Value Jund stuff), [tDoctor Octopus, Master Planner]] (villain tribal), or [[Scarlet spider, Ben Reilly]] (big rg stuff)
TLA - [[Sokka, Tenacious Tactician]] (ally tribal) or [[Toph, hardheaded teacher]] (earthbending)
ECL - [[Maralen, Fae Ascendant]] (Elf and Fairy Tribal) or [[Ashling, Rekindled]] (izzet stuff)
TMNT - [[Raph and Mikey Troublemakers]] (big rg stuff)
SOS - [[Blech, Loafing Pest]] (pest stuff) or [[Tam, observant sequencer]] (Simic value stuff), [[Witherbloom, the balancer]], (golgari goodish stuff)
