Need help choosing a credit card
Hello guys, I am planning to apply for a credit card. I am just about to join my first company in a few days, and through my college i have got an SBI elite card free lifetime, which I have been using for 2 months now, but it doesn't really help me with a lot of online and e-commerce spending and UPI.
Current Cibil: 772 (just have used card for 2 months, hopefully it increases)
Age: 24
Monthly Income and Employment status: Abt to join the company with a monthly income of 1.25L per month pre-tax
Monthly Expenses & Spending Patterns: Well, this is tough tbh first time living alone, I have always lived in a hostel, but my house rent is 18k per month, rest idk but i was calculating with my friends with whom i would be shifting personally i think without any impromptu plan my expenditure should be around 40-50k per month not a very high maintainance guy but sure do have impromptu shocks to buy random things, but again it depends on Gurgaon lifestyle too so i m not really sure.
Top 5 Monthly spend categories and Top 5 Annual spend categories: Well, the top categories would be Flipkart, Amazon, Swiggy, restaurants, and small UPI payments at Kirana stores here and there
Preferences for Credit Card Features: I want a good card which gives me good benefits on my daily use, especially UPI, be it Flipkart, Swiggy, small stores, restaurants, Uber, Ola, etc
Reward Preference (Cashback or Reward Points): Whichever is more beneficial, it works for me tho
Lounge Access Required: Not Really, rarely would travel 2-3 times a yr, that too i think is taken care by my SBI elite card
Also, more recommendations, if any? I was planning to get hsbc live + card after 5-6 months, but after good research, I found it was difficult to get my hands on one. Any good credit card mix u can recommend would be wonderful too...
