How to make Limburg and Luxemburg join Germany in GFM?
So I just formed Germany (GCF) using Austria, and I found out that Limburg and Luxemburg also have German cores on them, they're inside my sphere of influence, and I wonder whether there is a way (whether through decision or events firing) to bring them into Germany? Or do I need to go to war with them using the liberate core CB? Any answers will be much appreciated! Thanks!
