Laptop has dark screen and I cannot fix it no matter what I do. I have tried Windows control shift be still no use then I saw a YouTube video where you unplugged the battery and then you try starting it and that worked once but the second time it happened again that process doesn’t work anymore now either any help or advice appreciated. TIA
