Plateaued near goal weight for months

Female, 32, 160 cm, currently around 59–60 kg (130 lbs)
I've been doing keto for about a year now and went from almost 80 kg (~174 lbs) down to around 60 kg. I'd still like to lose the last few kilos but I've been stuck for several months (I think around 3?) now and I'm not sure what else to adjust.
My current intake is usually max 1300 kcal per day, depending on how active I was that day. I stay under 30 g carbs, usually get 100 g+ protein and around 60 g fat (I scaled it back a bit because 80–90 g was too much for me before).
I work in nursing care/household support, so I'm quite active during the week. I also try to get extra steps in and usually end up around 8-9k steps a day, plus I bike to work. On weekends I move less but I still keep my calories in a deficit.
I weigh and track my food pretty carefully and I've tried refeed days several times but they haven't really helped long-term.
Has anyone experienced something similar near their goal weight? What would you suggest checking or changing at this point? I would really appreciate any advice or help.
