Scale not moving

Hi. For context I’m a 32 year old female 5”3.

SW: 231lb

CW: 225lb

I started CICO and intermittent fasting (18:6) around a week ago (I was doing CICO for a month previous but I kept going over my calories and then I gave up briefly so I’m saying I properly started from last week). I know it’s not long but I’d expect some movement on the scale. I weigh myself every day just because I feel better about it that way and I’ve been at 225.09lb for the past three days. I’ve only gone over my calories one day and that was only by 126 calories which still puts me in a pretty big deficit (eating 1400 calories per day). I’ve done more walking than usual too. I’m drinking water.

The only thing I think could be affecting it is that I’ve been on my period. If that’s not the reason then I’m feeling really demoralised because having such a low calorie intake plus fasting surely should help me lose weight, right?

Nutracheck question re CICO and exercise

Hi all. I’m currently doing CICO along with IF (18:6) and trying to eat 1400 kcal per day. I’m using the Nutracheck app to log my calories.

I went for a walk today and Nutracheck is linked to my Fitbit account and because of the exercise it gave me an extra 163 calories to eat today.

My question is - should I eat an extra 163 calories? Or should I stick to my 1400?

Note: I’m being pretty strict about the 1400 calories because I’m trying to lose a certain amount of weight before a certain date but if the exercise will allow me to eat slightly more and not slow down my weight loss that would help.

Thanks in advance!
