World's Digest Achievement - 500 Likes for Title
I've been working on this achievement for quite some time - you get a title for being tagged in a published article in the World's Digest. One can write for months and never get published there.
Last night, I was sitting with my mom in the ER after she had a bad fall at home. I've accompanied her to the ER quite a few times within the past few years, for other reasons, so in some odd way the ER felt familiar. It was just before midnight when I decided to write some throwaway articles, but they came from a deep place. Felt like I had no one I could talk to - just was quiet and lost in thought. I sent my thoughts out into the void. After reset today, I saw this article got published.
The achievement needs 500 likes on the same day of publishing... and it's on the third page, so not as many people make it back there. If you're able to, please drop a like - feels bad peddling for likes, but have to get them for the achievement. There are a lot of great people in the WWM community and I've been really grateful for the support because life can really throw you a curveball - or fastball. I wasn't sure how much of a self promo this is, but I will take all the help I can get. :x
