I made a client caption approval room: a 25-second workflow demo
I made PostRoom for freelance social media managers who already have a scheduler but need a clear client decision on caption drafts.
The 25-second demo shows the workflow: put the copy in a room, share a review link, let the client approve or request changes, then export approved drafts. Clients do not need an account. Editing an approved draft resets its approval, so the previous yes does not silently carry over to changed copy.
