Hi, first ever Reddit post, please give me some grace!

Looking to start a commercial printing business with possibly an offset sheetfed press or something similar. I’ve worked in a print shop for 8 years and have learned several styles of printing on various presses, the most recent being a mark Andy performance series. With a budget of $50k-$100k is this possible and if so what advice/recommendations would you have for me? Thanks in advance.
