In California, can one co-owner of a car legally repair a vehicle at their own expense over the objections of the other co-owner?

The co-owner who wants to repair the vehicle will pay 100% of the repair costs and will not ask the other co-owner who doesn’t want the car to be repaired to pay anything. The car has not been driven for months and both co-owners agree to sell it.

The repaired vehicle will increase the value that will benefit both co-owners (and both co-owners will equally benefit from the higher resale value). The title with the two co-owners is an “AND” title (and not an “OR” title).

What is your opinion on Cherokee Purple tomatoes?

I’ve never seen them available in my area as starts or seeds. My guess is that it might be a regional thing (Midwest?). Have you grown or eaten them? I just had somebody in another sub tell me that it’s “sad” that I’ve never tasted them.

The Catholic Church did not condemn men for premarital sex until the 12th century

During the middle ages, the Third Council of Aachen noted that it was almost unheard of for a man to remain a virgin until marriage. Although women were heavily penalized for sexual transgressions, men were immune to punishment for the same acts.

Three years ago this used to be compact rocky clay. I’m preparing rows on the hillside for peppers, tomatoes, and marigold.

Pruning makes sense if you have an indeterminant variety, but why do you think people in social media feel like they have to prune tomato plants that don’t need pruning?

There is a HUGE range in what is considered to be compost. Unfortunately, like the quality of soil, many ambitious gardeners unknowingly purchase low-quality compost, thinking that it is inherently a superior product to grow their vegetables in.

Capitalism has taken advantage of the vagueness of this term and has made a lot of money off of the ignorance of its customers. “You can’t grow in the ground and don’t even attempt it, but buy 10 bags of grinded-down wood pallets instead,” seems to be a surprisingly effective way to make money.

The future home of popcorn corn. I made the rows with a spading fork and then watered the rows. This used to be hard clay. But after years of aerating and amending, the soil is spongy and I could probably get away with not adding any amendments.
