Been in CSRA for ~10 months. Moving to a new home and appear to be in Jefferson Energy’s service area. I’ve never had anything other than GA Power in Ga (from Atl) and our bills over the past couple of years have been pretty astronomical.

Is Jefferson Energy any better? I see some slow service/restoration complaints from after Helene, but little else. Any comparison’s or positive or negative experiences out there to share?
