Ex-Athlete needs advice
MHey everyone, I used to be a pretty big wrestler, unfortunately after Covid and 3 surgeries (one of them including back,) I went from 250 and joked to 370 and fat. I'm still extremely strong, my lifts are about the same. However, everytime I try to get back into fitness the way I used to, I'm sore for the entire week.
I know this isnt sustainable but I don't know how else to do it. Im sick and tired of being tbis heavy so ai'm starting the biggest cut. Also could someone help me come up with a weekly schedule, I cant deadlift or squat any more but if theres safer alternatives.
