I have a question for the house flippers that are selling more than a handful of houses a year and I am specifically looking for feedback from those that sell by owner vs an agent. 1. Are you paying and putting the property in MLS? What sites other than Zillow are you using to list the property? Do you field the calls or do you have someone else fielding the calls for you?
