Having issue where when I click to join Clubs it says EA Servers but if I try to do Ultimate Team or Seasons I don't get an error and I'm allowed to play. Has anyone have this happen to them?

Got a question. I'm sure it's been answered but I can't find the answer. Say my guy's sprint speed is maxed at 90 but I have the player facility that gives my guy +3 sprint speed. Am I a 90 sprint speed or 93 sprint speed?
