Hoping this is a simple one ..... but I was keen to have categories auto expand to the second level which I thought the following should do for me (https://usehalo.com/halopsa/guides/1808#category\_auto\_expand). However, no matter what number I change this two when the category selector display the 1st level only. I am simply misunderstanding this setting, or is it not working?

We are looking for a way to send out emails from a halo ticket (not mail distribution), but keen to not have them appear as auto generated email message. For the life of me I can't find a way to stop it from appending the ticket number to the subject. Anyone know if this is possible and how it can be done.

I am looking trying to get a custom supplier feed from our Halo for internal products

Essentially I am creating a report that has the relevant fields for KQM's Custom Supplier product feed specifications https://help.quotemanager.kaseya.com/help/Content/2-integrate/supplier-integrations/product-feed-specifications.htm

It is working from the most part

• Create the product in halo
• Run and email the report to KQM
• Product is generated/updated
• Add to quote
• Sync Quote
• Halo product isn't duplicated (although strips the recuring nature of the product)

However, the critical component I need to get into the import is

• Recuring (Monthly)
• Also having some issues getting category, Subcategory and Subcategory 2 to map (using " around them or not)
  • I am Mapping
    • Category - Software
    • Subcategory - Services & Training or "Services & Training"
    • Subcategory 2 - Vendor Services or "Vendor Services"

Anyone had any experience with the feeds and how this can be achieved

NB: it appears if I update in KQM to recurring and assign the category manually it seems to hold

What methods are people using to build out their projects ... we have been using templates, but 9 times out of 10 there are significant changes so looking to see if there are "end user" driven methods in play to upload/import a list of tasks from a spreadsheet ... or similar.

Any thoughts,

I am missing something basic about the flow of Time for our project tickets. All time that I enter within my project or task seems to automatically move to reviewed and passes directly to invoicing. I have searched through

• Default settings and only found a reference under Billing > Labour and Travel > which we have set to Enable Ticket review processing (With this enabled, Tickets must be reviewed before they can be billed)
• Action settings associated with the time entry
• Ticket Type the time entries are placed on

Can anyone explain what controls if these time entries appear in the Awaiting Review area or go directly to Ready for Invoice.

I am interested if others have had any experience with integrating HALO with Auvik. Guides | HALO My primary question is best practice for the account the API should be created against. Doco seems a little light on but my logic suggests

- API key generated will have the permissions for the given user.
- The API created on a dedicated Halo User for audit and ongoing management

But unclear what permissions may be required. thoughts?

I am trying to find a way to group/order fields on the details tab of the assets. I am familiar with how to do this with Custom Fields, but I am trying to group the following on the details tab Business Owner (Inbuilt), Technical Owner (Inbuilt) and a customer Field Operational Owner (Custom Field)

I could swear I found where you could change field's locations for assets but for the life of me can't find it again.

I have been asked to setup alerts for SDM's when time on tickets reach 5hrs of billable support. I realise there are notifications for exceeding time estimates, but are there any inbuilt approaches for alerting based on hours reached and in particular billable hours? Any suggestions

Smart Overlay Layer: Home Assistant provides automation

Example Use Case: Two Zigbee switches control one light. One switch is wired, the other is decoupled and bound via a Zigbee group. Both provide instant control even Controller or Home Assistant is offline.

Issue: Finding Switches that support zigbee binding exposing genOnOff (Australia Certified)

Devices

• ZBM5-3C-86W however not AU Certified
• Metcator advised that while zigbee 3 the tuya side may block this functionality
• Zemismart advised it has not got binding

To me this solution seems like gold, but can't find devices ... anyone done this or know of devices that may work?
