Canon G3010 get P07 -> Plug Unplug -> Cannot Turn On Anymore
What would you like to troubleshoot?
Hello, this is my first post here, so bear in mind that I'm new.
My printer, Canon G3010, is having a specific error of P07 (or 5B00 in the computer). According to the internet it requires me to swap/clean the waste ink pads. At first, power cycling resulting in the printer still having P07 error and cannot do any operations. But when I unplug-plug the cable (ensuring the printer doesn't get shortcircuited or anything when I'm actually try to swap/clean them and then attempting to reset the counter), it suddenly doesn't turning on anymore. Meanwhile, all I can find in the manual is "Contact your nearest Canon service center to request a repair."
Is the only way is to either service it to the official Canon shop or to spend a dime into replacing the chip (is it EEPROM or what)? Is this trully one of those anti-consumer practices? Please enlighten me for that. Thank you.

Any other details:
This occured upon doing Deep Cleaning and Ink Flush, as I noticed my color is kinda faint.
It's an old device and I don't really expect it to be alive anymore. I live in a third world with progressively weakening currency at the moment, but it seems that the "buy a new printer/chip" is kinda an inevitability that I will not deny it. Next time, I might try a Brother printer or something.
Pictures/audio/video:
When I did the unplug-plug, the device cannot even turn on anymore. This makes me impossible to photo the error code. I'm sorry.
