What are your theories on Plutarch?
**Spoilers for SROTR**
I find Plutarch such an intriguing character. On paper, Panem was made for men like him. He has generational wealth, a birth right high standing in society, and a dictatorship seemingly benefiting his whole way of life.
But we know from SROTR that he was working against Snow's dictatorship for most, if not all, of his adult life.
I also find it fascinating that he managed to fly under the radar for such a long time, especially given Snow's internal monologue showing such jealousy of families like the Heavensbees in BOSBAS.
What are your theories on what radicalised Plutarch from such a young age and how he managed to stay convert in his actions against Snow?
