Around a year ago I made a post titled Can I just buy the entire enclave with this? and since then I wanted to see how long it would take to get enough salvage to exceed the donation budget by as much gil as I possibly could. A year later I'm back, with the budget being exceeded by 68,270,000, I think this is the most you could possibly donate to the enclave in 10 items, unless there are somehow items I don't know about that have a higher npc sell value than gold necklaces from submarines!
