RN that doesn't work as an RN - Feel like in limbo? Idk what to do about work?

28F - I graduated with my BSN during Covid. Started having back problems/Sciatica during my college years and it got worse during quarantine but also had anxiety issues. I stepped away from being an RN after graduation due to those things. I started working as a full time afterschool program instructor. Working with youth is an interest of mine. Got burnt out and went unemployed for 2 yrs due to anxiety developed from that job/being burnt out. Now I work part time on the admin side for afterschool programs. Initially I was glad to be back working but now there's times it feels stagnant or have internal thoughts of that I should be doing something else or "more". More stable work since I am not getting any younger.

I do feel bad when I think about leaving my youth or programs right now. I also think about working as a nurse but then I think that my body doesn't feel/isn't physically or mentally ready to even do that due to my past issues that I still deal with at times. I am better but still eh.

I'm a RN with no experience what kind of work could I do where I can leverage my background? Or any advice of where I should work? type of field? position? considering what I have done so far? or any advice at all.
