I’m currently working at a finance job that isn’t the best fit for me career wise, and the management here is horrible, so I’ve been looking for other jobs.

I’ve only been at this job for a month, and I wanted advice on whether I should put this job on my resume or not since having short term positions don’t look good to recruiters.

I have solid prior work experience that I can show during interviews, but I’d also like to talk about the experience I’ve learned at this finance job.
