PD400X no audio/maono link closes itself: but it's the device detected on my pc
I just got my pd400x today, the audio was working fine, maono link was working perfectly and all of the sudden 30-40 minutes later my mic doesn't receive any sound, i tried everything, checking usb ports, uninstalling the drivers and reconnecting it, uninstalling and installing the app, using the default settings, tried it on a different laptop and it didn't produce any audio either, being unmuted or muted, on the microphone only mode and swapping the EQ modes. and if i open maono link, after i select the pd400x that appears the app closes itself a sec after.
and the mic doesn't produce the moving audio light when talking anymore anymore, only the leds for headset test mic test volume%. EQ mode under it which i can switch both of them but it doesn't help.
Also tried administrator mode, i already had every type of energy saving mode disabled on my pc, also tested if the exclusive mode was messing it up but no, it seems that i might need an software/firmware fix for the mic either an reset or backup, hopefully it isn't a physical damage cuz it did work perfectly for the first time.
