Making the Buyer Process Efficient

What's your way to make the process as efficient as possible for your buyer?

  1. Set up search.

  2. Buyer identifies houses they are interested in, sends the address/MLS #.

  3. Dig into the info on the house, review disclosures, find information not easily accessible, compile an email breaking down each house to the buyer, and ask if this information disqualifies, or is it worth a drive by to see if it is show worthy.

  4. Place homes in order for most efficient route (Mapquest), schedule showings in order as much as possible.

  5. At each showing, write down likes and dislikes of each property before going onto the next one.

What is your favorite way to keep things smooth and efficient?
