I've just completed 6 weeks on 75mcg levothyroxine and I'm a 27 year old male weighing 69kgs(i think I was around 66-67kgs before starting), why do I have lower belly distension and love handles looking bigger too if my blood test at the end of 5 weeks showed a tsh of 1.71, ft3 of 3.35 and ft4 of 1.22

I have the kinda weakness and headache you have after you recover from diarrhea, waking up 2-3 times before I get up for the day, lower belly/abdomen seems bloated still.......any idea what's going on?
