Is this fin rot???

Im concerned about the bottom anal fin. It looks like the edges are uneven and darker/black-ish. I've seen it like that a while ago too, but now it seems like it might've gotren worse im unsure. It's so annoying that I dont have a test kit...

I know its hard to see but theyre moving away from the camera.

Update: why are they acting like this, plus what are the red marks on the pink-orange one?

Ive been doing 20-50 changes every day, changed the spray bar filther position for the flow to hit the glass. Om scared my fish are or ammonia... Also i wanted to rehome them, but my parents told me to not trust internet and that the fish would of stress if gifted to a shop or somewhere. I cant do this. Im stressed of something bad 24/7 and never able to calm down. Ammonia burns? Nitrates? Too strong flow? Sickness? Injury? Too big of water changes? Too small? Too much dechlorinator? Too little? All these questions make me panic. Its like i wanted them to be rehomed but now its seems like no way out...

What's wrong with my fish?

Im worried that something's wrong with my glo fish I have.

For context:

I've had a bunch of fish (one of them is the purple glo fish, I had 5 others then too) since 2021 in a 5 gallon tank.

No cycling. I didnt know about dechlorinators, ammonia, nitrates, etc. because then I was a kid. But now I do (16 y. o.). And then about 2 years ago I got 2 other glo fish (gifted to me, actually), and I changed the tank when I realized it was too small (also ~2 y. ago, before the new 2 glo fish).

I just recently (2 weeks ago) got a dechlorinator and these hornworts. I also have (now only 1) test strips, but im unsure how accurate they are (they only ever concerned very low possible nitrate/nitrate, or hardness (kh).

I am scared cuz they have been sometimes gasping and possibly heavy breathing and clamped fins and staying mostly in one place (they are active when feeding time). I know I should get more but, with all honesty, I dont want them. It just feels like this huge responsibility and guilt crushing me every single day. I want them to be rehomed, but my parents told that no one would want old fish...
