Can some explain what is this sound (as if there is some tiny screw or metal spinning and bouncing inside) that appeared? I hear it the most when starting and turning atv off (those few seconds)
(Chinese 125cc semi-auto atv)
I had new carb installed on my 125cc chinese atv and it wasn’t the same since. Atv now needs to start with choke on (for the first starting of the day), it can’t really start with choke off (previously it could), but also, with choke on after starting, it immediately goes to 4-5 rpm, with choke off it idles for a minute then goes to 4-5 rpm OR when I give throttle then release, it only goes back to 4-5 rpm and stays there (except if I push the throttle all the way then quickly release it, then it goes back to idle).
I don’t know if it is the throttle cable, air leak or mixture or idle screw. When installing, besides the rubber gasket I also put soft paper gasket.
Can someone help?
