2- Roundabout design and grading on civil 3d and how to calculate all its code calculation or even using civil 3d auotmatic roundabout thing

as a roads design engineer i am using (civil 3d , Subassembly Composer and Dynamo)

what should i learn next or what is future for our job
should i learn infraworks and NavisWorks ?
or what shoud we do
or go to learn infrastructure besides roads design

as you can see there a lot of sharp teeth and i don't know how to solve it or what is the problem
