is it normal to scrub your body really hard in the shower or am i overdoing it?
i realized some people barely scrub at all and others act like you need to exfoliate your entire body every shower. i’ve always scrubbed pretty hard because it feels “cleaner” to me, but now i’m wondering if i’m actually irritating my skin without realizing it
how hard do you guys actually scrub in the shower and has anyone noticed a difference when being gentler vs more aggressive with it?
