Finding Hard To Target All Muscle Groups
Hey,
I have recently started gym and apart from nutrition am struggling to train all types of muscle.
Please help me fix my split and please give me some advices because i feel very lost with my workouts
6 day split
1st day (back+biceps)
-Lat Pulldown(close grip)
-Bent over row(barbell)
-Dumbbell Row
-Assisted pullups
-Bicep curl (cable)
-Hammer Curls
2nd day(chest+shoulders+triceps)
-chest press(machine)
-chest fly(machine)
-shoulder press(machine)
-single arm lateral raises (cable)
-Face pull
-tricep pull down
-overhead tricep extension
3rd day (legs+abs)
-leg extension(machine)
-lying leg curls(machine)
-standing calf raises
- romanion deadlift
-leg raises
- cable crunch
I also feel scared to do workout with traditional Dumbbells and barbells, hence i dont have much on them in my routine
Is there any change i should do to my routine?
