Not sure what to choose, need advice!!

I started preparing for IPMAT after my board exams and studied for about a month. It didn’t go very well, but I still believe I can do it. That’s why I’m considering taking a drop year, as I genuinely want to work on myself both academically and personality-wise. I’m also planning to take some online courses to improve my skills.

I currently live in Varanasi with my mother and would prefer to continue studying there. However, my father feels that my poor JEE result was due to the lack of quality teachers and a competitive environment in Varanasi. He thinks I should move to Lucknow if I choose offline coaching, but stay in Varanasi if I decide to prepare online. I’m really confused right now. I know I need personal doubt-solving support at times, but I also have some trauma from my offline JEE coaching experience. Online learning feels more comfortable to me, though I’m slightly skeptical about whether I’ll be able to stay consistent and clear my concepts and doubts online.

I don’t know what would be the right choice for me. Could you guys please help?
