Boxcar on nose
my trouble is that i have seen about 8 derms and all keep pushing me lazere but i am sure it won't work for boxcars this size. AI has scared me off of subcision on nose and brow ridge, it says subcision in those areas can cause necrosis and rupturing of vital vessels etc.. what can be done? one Dr recommended fractional laser plus filler, would it work in your opinion?
