Ghosted after 3rd round

I understand that lots of jobs fail to communicate in the early stages and I am used to it. But I have done 2 interviews and spent days on an assessment for one particular job, for them to ghost me after the 3rd round. I have followed up with zero response. I think its honestly so unprofessional and I understand you should never take these things personally, but it human decency to communicate after such a long process. Like how long does it take to send a quick update or outcome. Do I follow up again

Job interview help?

I finished up at my last job about a month ago. I have been submitting a resume which says I am still working there, but then correcting this in interviews.

I am always honest about my situation when asked, however, I had a quick chat with a manager last week and forgot to let her know I am no longer working at my most recent job.

In her latest comms to be she mentioned her being flexible for my next job interview round as she knows I am working still. I feel terrible- do I just inform her in person. I dont want to make a big deal over email but I dont want this to bite me in the back later on.
