Casual contract advice, am I being treated unfairly?
Hi, I work a casual job on a casual contract and find the professionalism to be appalling from my boss. I would just like to know if I am silently overreacting or if their response is indeed justified. FYI I had to cancel a shift on Monday night which would have been for Saturday. I have done similar to this before however I am very organised and have a reliable history working for this company for over a year. It’s also worth mentioning this job is not essential whatsoever so me missing it really does not matter. Would love any advice thanks.
Edit: forgot to mention I never accepted the shift, my initial conversation with other boss was that I had an unreliable schedule. They just placed a bunch of shifts down over the coming months. This was done perhaps 2 weeks ago
