I have a condo I want to rent out and thought best to ask what is the expected to be offered. The unit in LakSi, Sucharee life, has a bedroom, living room and kitchen separate with a small balcony with a wash machine. 4k tv(not smart) sofa, bed, work desk with one parking spot. Building has 24 hour security with a swimming pool and fitness center. Tenant to pay electric and water. What would one do expect to pay for a condo like this. Area is 34sqm
