Supplement dosage
Just wondering what everyone dosage of iron supplements is? I’ve learned more on this page than from my dr, which is sad. I’ve been dealing with low ferritin for 3+ years. I take pure encapsulations iron-c 2 times per day for a total of 30mg. Is that too low? Maybe why I’m not seeing tons of progress?
