Hi everyone,

I wanted to share something very personal and very important to me with this community.

After Brian Wilson's passing, I began organizing Good Vibrations for a Cure, an arts-and-wellness fundraiser inspired by Brian's musical legacy supporting Alzheimer's awareness, caregiving support, emotional healing through music, and compassionate community connection.

Brian's music helped carry me through some incredibly difficult periods of my life while I was growing up. Albums like Pet Sounds and works like Smile taught me about vulnerability, beauty, emotional honesty, compassion, and healing in ways that genuinely shaped who I became. This event is my attempt to carry some of that spirit forward into the world for others.

This year's event will take place at The Colonial Theatre in Phoenixville, PA. It will bring together caregivers, music lovers, wellness practitioners, artists, and community members through live music, wellness experiences, raffles, silent auctions, and healing-centered programming.

I recently launched a Spotfund campaign to help raise the remaining funds needed to support the event fully. Right now, the goal is $5,000.

Here's the current breakdown:

• Venue Costs — $1,500
• Event Operations & Logistics — $1,000
• Marketing & Community Outreach — $750
• Wellness & Community Programming — $750
• Silent Auction & Fundraising Infrastructure — $500
• Emergency & Accessibility Reserve — $500

Even if you can't donate, sharing the campaign or simply helping spread awareness would mean so much to me. I truly believe Brian's music gave many of us comfort, understanding, hope, and emotional connection during difficult times, and I hope to create something that reflects that same spirit of love and mercy.

Hi everyone, I want to share a community event I’m organizing called Good Vibrations for a Cure at The Colonial in Phoenixville, PA starting at 1 PM on June 20th.

The fundraiser honors Brian Wilson’s life and musical legacy while raising awareness and support for the Alzheimer’s Association. The event features live music, wellness and movement activities, local artists, raffles, a silent auction, and community engagement focused on the healing power of music, creativity, and connection.The movement class costs $20, and entering the raffles and silent auction is free. The silent auction will be online and running five days before the event. We have some great items in store.

On June 20, we’re hosting Good Vibrations for a Cure at Harmony Well Spring. This music-inspired fundraiser celebrates Brian Wilson’s life and spirit. There will be a relaxed movement class, plus a raffle and silent auction for everyone. We’ll share more details as the date gets closer.

All proceeds will support Alzheimer’s-related causes, including the Alzheimer’s Association Walks in Lancaster and Philadelphia coming up. If you’re nearby, we’d love for you to join us. If you can’t make it, no problem! You can still participate in the silent auction.
