My husband and I are moving next month and our awesome large 1-bedroom in Brighton is available for a summer sublease at discounted rent! You can move in as early as June 14th at no added cost for June.

- No broker fee

$2,000/month ONLY applies to summer sublease.

Renewal option:
There’s an option to renew starting September 1st at $2,343/month + utilities. If you choose to renew, a 2-month deposit (first & last month's rent) is due before move-in.

My husband and I are relocating out of state next month and still looking for someone or a couple to take over the last 2 months of our lease!
