I just received an email the dhl has it on hold for delivery because they need additional information to pass through customs. I’m in the US. Has anyone had to deal with this?

i'm about to purchase the derminator and the max amount of cartridges you can purchase is 24. am i insane or did it used to be 36?

do you apply it with a syringe? do you use an entire vial per application? this is the only thing left that I am a little confused on. thank you!
