I have been checking most of the time, when ASML posts a senior role,it mostly goes to internal candidates. Why do they post it out and invite external candidates to an on-site interview twice for the first and second round interview?

I finished my final on-site interview in Veldhoven about 2 weeks ago and my workday is still showing " You've been invited to an interview" When can I expect to receive feedback from the Recruiter? This is a senior role
