Need help finding a decent dual monitor setup for my PC

to start i apologize for my poor punctuation and grammar and thank you for being patient with me!

I hope this is the right place to ask this because despite having had a reddit account for a long time i do not often use it.

I have a PC that i bought about 8 months ago and have been experiencing one issue that i need help with.

The issue.

I have been experiencing this issue since i got the computer it will momentarily black screen when i resize windows, alter resolution of fullscreen and non-fullscreen apps, and whenever i play videos or open a browser that contains them. i believe this issue is caused by my current monitor situation this is because i use one of those really big budget roku smart tvs and from what research ive done it seems to be incompatible with my graphics card.

My Requirements.

Ideally i would like to find two monitors that are relatively cheap I did try to find monitors that would work but i could never tell what was worth it or what would be able to do what i wanted. with the amount of ads and promoted hardware whenever i try to find anything i get very overwhelmed.

I would also like them to be wall mounted. I am not opposed to using an arm for the monitors but i do not know how they really work. and i do not know if a desk attached arm would work as my desk is about 47"x24" the underside of which has a thick metal bar around the edge of all sides that is less than an inch away from the edge of the desk.

My PCs specs.

Video Card NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti - 16GB GDDR7

Power Supply 750 Watt - High Power - 80 PLUS Gold, PCIe GEN 5, Non Modular

Processor Cooling iBUYPOWER AW4 240mm ARGB Liquid Cooler - Black

Primary Storage 2TB Crucial P3 Plus M.2 PCIe Gen 4 NVMe SSD -- Gen 4 Read: 5000 MB/s, Write: 4200 MB/s

Other important info

i believe i need to add this info as per the rules.

I am in the USA and use the United States dollar.

My current budget is not known for sure currently there are some personal constraints that keep me from having a truly accurate budget personally i would like to try to spend as little as i can for this but i do not want to sacrifice quality or comfort id say my current estimate for a budget is around 400-500$~ i might be able to go higher but id prefer not to unless it is truly worth it though i do appreciate suggestions that are outside of this estimated maximum and will try to look into them too.

thank you to anyone who can help me with this or send me in the right direction as i am utterly clueless about this and really appreciate any help i can get! If i missed something or did something wrong please let me know I really do just want help or to learn what to do.
